In addition, assisted in the completion and supervised staff with regard to completion of the 2002 New York State and Medicare cost reports. Provide ongoing training and development of reimbursement staff relative to the history and current New York State Medicaid Hospital Reimbursement rates and systems. Provided detailed written recommendations for operational improvement.
